Accolades from customers and officials:
Thank you for everything - repairing the grandfather clock (after my dad passed)! Then taking it apart, preparing it for the move, holding the parts, and then, putting it all back together at my brother's home.
I so much appreciate all you have done and your hard work!
Be well and best wishes,
Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did on my clock, not only a beautiful repair, but then finding it a good home. The photo [of the clock in its new home] was the icing on the cake - and will go into my scrap book. If you have business cards, please send me some.
Thank you for participating in the Spring Open House at the Van Nest-Hoff-Vannatta Farm. Your demonstration helped to make the event a success.

Thank you for being so prompt, and for restarting our clock [after it was thrown out of balance] at no charge. (Note: The house call was in warranty period, having been recently cleaned and oiled.)
